Policy & Regulatory Analysis: Explored government schemes and startup policies in Uttar Pradesh to identify support mechanisms, grants, and regulatory considerations.
ESG Evaluation: Assessed the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact of the business, ensuring alignment with responsible and sustainable business practices.
This project enabled me to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and develop a holistic understanding of business management, spanning finance, operations, marketing, policy, and strategy.
